“Delivered” status, but I didn’t get the parcel

Your payments are secured
If you’re a buyer, and your order is on hold due to shipping disruptions, your payment will be kept safe by our payment service provider (when you purchase an item via the Buy now button).
If you’re a seller, your payment will show up as pending balance in your Vinted Balance. Upon order completion, the money will be released to you.
