Withdraw To Your Bank Account

Withdrawals are transfers of money from your Vinted Balance to your bank account.

It can take up to 5 working days for a withdrawal to arrive in your bank account (i.e. Monday – Friday, not including weekends and public holidays).

If our payment service provider can’t process your withdrawal, you’ll be notified and the money will be returned to your Balance on the same day. Find out what you should do if your withdrawal failed or was reverted and why it might have happened.

Where can I check withdrawals?

Go to your Balance > “Payment history” > “Transactions” to find details about a withdrawal, including:

  • The withdrawal amount
  • Date & time when the withdrawal started
  • Bank account details where it was sent (partially hidden for safety)
  • Date when the payment should arrive by

I haven’t received my withdrawal in my bank account

Check your bank statements starting from the withdrawal date up to the current date. The exact amount withdrawn from your Balance will match the amount you receive in your bank account.

Here’s what to do if your withdrawal doesn’t appear in your bank account in 5 working days.

The payment might have a reference from either Vinted or Mangopay.

If the payment hasn’t arrived after 5 working days:

  • Press Contact us at the end of this page
  • Let us know when the withdrawal was started

Once you’re in touch with us, we’ll investigate further.

We might ask you to provide a bank statement showing all your payments from the withdrawal start date until the current date. If so, make sure your attached bank statement includes:

  • Your full name (matching your Vinted Balance name)
  • Your account number
  • Your bank’s address and code
  • Date of the statement

Screenshots of your bank statements are OK. For your privacy, you can hide other, unrelated details and payment amounts.

I transferred my funds to an old/closed bank account

If you’ve made a mistake with your bank details or withdrawn to an old account, the withdrawal cannot be cancelled.

However, the bank will likely refuse the payment and return the money to your Balance. Note that this could take up to 14 calendar days. We recommend contacting the bank to get more help and find out when the payment will be returned.
