What you cannot sell

If your item doesn’t fit into a catalogue category, it might not be allowed on Klutur. Here’s what you cannot sell:

  • Items that are unlawful, unethical, or don’t meet legal standards

  • Potentially unsafe or unhygienic items

  • Non-category home electronics

  • Other non-category items

Saw another member breaking the rules?

You can report a member if they’re selling a prohibited item or their listing goes against our rules — it helps improve others’ experience on Klutur.

Prohibited items and refunds

We cannot refund the cost of a Bump, Wardrobe Spotlight, or bundle if it includes prohibited items that we’ve had to hide or delete.

Check your item before listing it

  • Make sure your items are clean

  • Make sure your electronics are safe to use

  • Make sure everything is included

Important

Whenever you upload an item, it might go through an automated check to make sure it follows our guidelines for selling. Normally, it takes around 1-2 seconds but, in some cases, can take up to 1 minute.
