Shipping methods
There are 4 main shipping methods on Klutur to send parcels:
Prepaid Klutur-generated shipping label (integrated shipping)
We also call this our “integrated shipping” method.
When a buyer checks out using the “Buy now” button and chooses one of the integrated shipping providers available on Klutur, they’ll purchase a shipping label for the seller to send the order.

Integrated shipping (Pre-paid Labels) is available in Mainland UK.

We’ll give you step-by-step instructions on how to get the label and send the parcel.
Please note that sending by shipping instructions is only available for certain item categories — it’ll only appear as a shipping method depending on the item being listed.

Custom shipping
This method lets sellers offer shipping providers or delivery options that aren’t available on Klutur.
Please note that you can only choose the custom shipping option for non-shippable items, i.e. items that are too big/heavy to be sent with our integrated shipping options.
NoteIf you can’t see the custom shipping option in your postage settings, don’t worry. When listing an item, please choose the relevant suggested parcel size and follow the instructions to complete the upload.
Our integrated shipping options cover most parcel sizes.
