Your refund will appear in the same e-wallet or account you originally paid from. The refund processing time and where it will appear depends on the payment method initially used for this order:

• Paid by Vinted Balance

• Paid by credit/debit card

• Paid by Apple Pay

The refund will appear on the bank card you used via Apple Pay within 5 business days after the order gets cancelled.

If it’s not there after 5 business days, please contact your bank and Apple Pay’s customer service.

Paid partly by Vinted Balance, partly by another method

The amount paid by Vinted Balance will appear there in a few hours of order cancellation. We’ll send the remaining funds to the:

• Bank card/account if it was paid by a bank card (within 5 business days of order cancellation)

Only part of my refund appeared. Where is the rest of it?

Most likely, you've used two payment methods, as described above.

In this case, please check both your Vinted Balance and another payment method you used. The remaining part of the refund will appear there. Keep in mind that refunds to your bank account will take longer to transfer.

Good to know:

• If your payment fails, this money might still be taken (or reserved as pending) from your account. However, if this happens, you will always be fully refunded. Even if you accidentally pay twice, you’ll receive the second payment back.
• Your refund will fully cover your expenses. This includes the item’s price, shipping cost and the Buyer Protection fee.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
