My withdrawal has failed
Your funds will be returned to your Vinted Balance on the same day if your withdrawal fails. There are a few reasons why a withdrawal can fail:
- You haven’t passed our Identity Verification procedure that is needed to process your payments
- Your IBAN was blocked by the payment provider
- You have an insufficient amount of funds (the minimum amount for withdrawal is £0.10)

Please note that you can’t use the same IBAN/bank account for more than one Vinted account.
You can withdraw your earnings to a British Pound (GBP) bank account opened in a bank in the United Kingdom. Withdrawing to bank accounts in other currencies and/or outside of the UK isn’t available.
My withdrawal was reverted
Your withdrawal will be reverted if you have entered your bank details incorrectly or the bank cannot identify your account.
Go to your payment settings and carefully re-enter your withdrawal details. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection and then try withdrawing.
If the withdrawal is reverted once again, please contact your bank. When doing this, we recommend providing them with the withdrawal details (the date and the amount).
NoteThere is no option to cancel the withdrawal once you confirm it on Vinted. It can take up to 14 days for the bank to refuse the transfer and for your funds to reappear back in your Vinted Balance. However, you can speed up the process by contacting your bank and informing them of the situation.
