Here’s what you can do if you experience technical issues while accessing and using Vinted:
Try a different browser or computer
Google Chrome and Safari work best with Vinted.
Clear cache and cookies
If you’re using Chrome or Firefox:
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on a Windows computer or Command key(⌘)+Shift+Backspace on a Mac
- Check the first 4 boxes
- Delete the data from “The beginning of time”/ ”Everything”
- Click Clear browsing data to finish
If you’re using Safari:
- Go to the Menu Bar at the top of the screen
- Choose History → Clear History
- From the drop-down menu, select All history
- Click Clear History
Update your browser, close and reopen your browsing window

Restart your computer
Restarting your computer closes the programs running in the background and usually solves most technical issues.
Turn off/edit ad blockers or antivirus extensions
Ad blockers or antivirus extensions may be preventing the website from loading fully. Please make sure that ad blockers and antivirus extensions are either turned off or that the Vinted page is on their exception list.
