We’re sad to hear that you are leaving! If you are sure you want to deactivate your Vinted account:

• Make sure you have no ongoing orders
• Hit your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen
• Go to Settings
• Select Account settings
• Scroll down, press Delete my account and confirm

Your account will be closed and hidden from other members immediately after deactivating it.

How to deactivate an old account that you cannot access?

Contact us via the button below, and send us the old account’s username and associated email address. We will deactivate the account after you prove that you own it.

Good to know:

• You can only deactivate your account once all your ongoing orders are completed.
• Your deactivated account can be restored in 3 months if you change your mind and wish to return to Vinted (or if it was deactivated by mistake).
• After deactivating your account, Vinted temporarily retains some of your data before permanently deleting it. This is done following applicable laws and only for purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
