Compensation for sellers when shipping with integrated labels
When shipping with a prepaid Klutur-generated shipping label, you can get compensation on Klutur if your parcel is confirmed lost or damaged by the shipping provider. The maximum compensation limit is up to £500.

ImportantIf you sent an order with a shipping provider above but didn’t use a prepaid Klutur-generated shipping label — e.g. using a custom shipping method — you’ll need to check directly with your shipping provider about compensation.

- We can only compensate you for a damaged parcel if it was properly packed.
