• Finish all ongoing orders — you can’t change your username whilst you have ongoing orders.
• Check if your new username is available — in the search bar, select “Members” and search for the new username you’d like to use.
• Provide 3 potential usernames — if your new username isn’t suitable, we can use one of your other options.
• Contact us using the button below. Explain how your username contains personal information and provide your potential new usernames.

Be sure to follow our Community Standards when creating a new username. Also, don’t add personal information to your new username. Leave no spaces in your username.

Usernames can contain:

• Lowercase Latin letters (a–z)
• Numbers (0–9)
• Full stops (.)
• Dashes (-)
• Underscores (_)

Why can’t I change my username?

To make Vinted a safer place to buy and sell, username changes are not allowed unless they contain personal information.

This is to prevent members from losing contact with each other or losing track of orders when usernames are changed.
