To change your email address:

• Go to your profile
• Press Settings and select Account settings
• Choose Change next to your email address
• Press Send confirmation email
• Open the email message that you’ll receive to your current email address and press Change email
• Enter your new email address and press Change
• You’ll receive a confirmation message to your current email address — open the message and press Confirm this email. You’re done!

Let us know if you’re having issues

If you can’t access your old email or mistyped your email address when registering on Vinted, we’ll help you solve it.

Please send us your new email address and attach one of the following documents:

• A photo/screenshot of your bank statement showing your recent Vinted charge/charges.
• A photo of the payment card you used on Vinted with the cardholder’s full name, the last 4 digits of the card, and its expiration date.

When taking a photo, please make sure to hide the unnecessary data, such as the remaining digits of your payment card number.

Haven’t bought anything on Vinted yet and don’t have payment proof?

In that case, please send us any 3 pieces of information from the following list:

• Your Vinted username
• The email address used to create the Vinted account
• The date of birth indicated in the Vinted account
• An approximate account registration date

Please note that we need the requested information for security to verify the ownership of your Vinted account. For more information about the collection and use of your personal data and your rights in relation to it please read our Privacy Policy.

Good to know

• The confirmation email is valid for 24 hours. After this time, please go through the above steps once again, and you’ll receive a new confirmation message.
• The confirmation messages might end up in the Spam and Junk folders of your email, so please check them as well.
